Within the walls of a private dining room, you’re invited to unwind in the ambience of the occasion as you savor delectable selections from the menu. Or, follow along as the chef takes you on a tour of the Mediterranean seaside—courtesy of an exquisite meal created just for your group.
And while you dine, delight in casual conversation with sommeliers on hand as they suggest from an award-winning list—all as you imbibe on views of an impressive show kitchen that lets you watch and interact with the culinary team preparing the evening’s specialties.
The Chef’s Domain at Cítricos is available daily at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM. A minimum purchase of $800 per party is required, not including tax and gratuity.

Dress Code
At this Signature Dining experience, Guests are asked to adhere to the dress code.
Men may wear khakis, slacks, jeans or dress shorts and collared shirts. Sport coats are optional.
Women may wear Capri pants, skirts, dresses, jeans or dress shorts.
Not permitted are tank tops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, torn clothing and t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics.
