Universal’s Aventura Hotel opens next month on August 16th! Along with the opening of the brand new hotel, also opening for the first time will be the hotel’s rooftop bar and grill! The new eatery will be called, Bar 17 Bistro. Sitting atop the 17th floor of Universal’s Aventura hotel, Bar 17 Bistro will be a new hot spot at the Universal Orlando Resort! The open-air venue will be surrounded by glass panels providing guests with stunning views of all 3 Universal Orlando parks, Universal Studios, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Park. Not only will this be the place to come for incredible views it will also be home to delicious food offerings and one-of-a-kind cocktails.

Bar 17 Bistro will include a selection of fresh gourmet salads! The salads here will showcase some of the best Florida-grown produce from the area. Universal has stated that the salad menu will be citrus-inspired!
Pineapple Turmeric Lemonade
Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available, including the pineapple turmeric lemonade! This will serve as the featured mocktail on the menu. This fun drink will be refreshing and perfect on a hot Florida day!
Wagyu Beef Sliders
The Wagyu beef sliders will be Universal’s take on burgers. These gourmet sliders will be a great shareable item! The sliders will feature a locally-made brioche bun, French cheese, horseradish mayo, gruyere cheese, roasted pepper chutney and watercress. The sliders will be served with a side of pomme frites.
