Every year the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival always surprises us with new offerings and experience to enjoy! This year is no exception with the arrival of many new items and new activities. One of the new experiences that I personally am most excited to see at this year’s festival is the Candy Sushi class! Now that the festival has been going on for a few days we have some more information and details about what this Candy Sushi class is all about!
The new interactive class is a great family-friendly offering! Kids especially will love this activity. Candy Sushi classes are offered every day during the Festival. This year’s festival just kicked off on August 30th and it will run through November 12th. The classes take place in the Sunshine Seasons located inside of The Land Pavilion at Epcot. The experience is presented by Skittles and Adventures by Disney!
Guests wanting to take a class must pre-register for the experience. You can do so by calling (407) 939-3378. When you arrive, you will take your seat and find Candy Sushi fix-ins and equipment at each seat. Participants can pick from three types of Candy Sushi to learn how to make. You can start getting an idea now on which option sounds the most appealing. You may choose the Dynamite Twix Roll, the Taste the Rainbow Roll or the Candy ForYa Roll. Here is a list of the ingredients for each roll:
Dynamite Twix Roll:
- 1 oz Crisped Rice Marshmallow Treat
- 1 Twix Bar

Taste the Rainbow Roll:

Disney cast member will lead the classes and give instruction on how to use your fix-ins and roll your candy sushi. Cast members are also walking around to give assistance if needed.
