Character Greetings
The perennial venue for character
greeting is the street encounter. Scattered throughout the major
theme parks, Disney Characters can be found making themselves
available to those willing to line up for a quick hug, an autograph
or a photo. These character meet and greets will feature characters
that are themed to the area of the park in which they are found.
Character line ups can and will change so be sure to check for the
latest in character sightings at Guests Services located at the
front of the theme parks. There you can also obtain the Daily
Entertainment Schedule and a list of which character will be where
and when.
Tips for Character Meet & Greet
Have autograph book, camera out and ready. Bring an ink pen for
signing. The costumed characters will most easily handle a large fat
ink pen.

So if you are not character specific or you don’t feel like
consulting the schedules for character appearances elsewhere and
coordinating your touring plan accordingly this is your best bet.
Mickey’s Country House & Judge’s Tent
Following a short walking tour of Mickey’s house excited guests can
enter the Judges tent where they will get to greet, hug and be given
a photo opportunity with Mickey himself.
Toontown Hall of Fame
This one is the proverbial mother load of character greetings.
A wide variety of Disney characters will be making appearances at
Toontown Hall of Fame. There are actually three separate
character-greeting areas located here, which of course means three
separate lines.

You can discover Characters in a number of locations, including:
The American Adventure
The America Gardens Theatre, daily

The Germany, Morocco and United Kingdom Pavilions, plus the

Character Meals
Without a doubt the most relaxing and enjoyable way to meet
characters is at a character meal. Here characters will work their
way around stopping from table to table allowing plenty of time for
photos, autographs and hugs. |
