 Caribe Royale All-Suites Resort & Convention Center is 45 acres of lush,
tropical oasis located minutes from Walt Disney World®, EPCOT®, Sea World®
and Universal Orlando. Caribe Royale features 1,218 spacious One-bedroom
suites with living rooms and private bedrooms, and 120 luxury lakefront

The standard suites come with two queen-size beds and a large bathroom, or
you can select the deluxe king suite featuring a king-size bed and large
bathroom with Jacuzzi. Each suite offers a full work area complete with a
desk for business travelers.

In Caribe Royale's 120 fully furnished two-bedroom villas, luxury was
clearly the intent. These highly-appointed villas include two bedrooms - a
king master suite with full-bath including a Jacuzzi tub, and a double
queen bedroom with full-bath - and a full kitchen, dining area and
separate living room with a pull-out double bed sofa. A screened
lanai/balcony overlooking the shimmering lake.

 The Venetian Room

The signature copper-clad dome of The Venetian Room soars above intimate
dining alcoves and luxurious open dining areas that enhance your fine
dining experience as much as the fresh seafood selections, wide range of
entrees and appetizers, and superb collection of reserve wines.
 Begin your meal with pan seared foie gras, au poivre crusted smoked salmon
or the chef’s special selection of gourmet cheeses, followed by a classic
lobster bisque or wild game consommé for our more adventurous guests.
The Venetian salad with chili infused vinaigrette awakens the senses in
anticipation of entrée choices that include braised veal chop in a porcini
cream sauce, seared tenderloin of beef, roast rack of lamb, Maine lobster,
and sautéed Dover sole.
And for the consummate experience in The Venetian Room, indulge yourself
with the vanilla bean crème brulee, black magic torte, opera cake or other
fine dessert selections.

 The Tropicale
There is something for everyone at The Tropicale, the full-service,
all-day dining restaurant.
The casual elegance of a French colonial island complete with palm trees
and painted shutters await you at The Tropicale, whether you choose the
intimate booths and banquettes or café style seating. While the menu
reflects the relaxed atmosphere of the décor, the quality of the
selections is apparent whether you are there for breakfast, lunch or
dinner.
Breakfast choices can be as simple as all-American eggs and bacon or as
elaborate as filet mignon and eggs with béarnaise sauce. In addition to
our extensive a la carte menu, The Tropicale offers a lavish breakfast
buffet.
 Lunchtime appetizers or soup and salad choices include conch fritters,
Antilles pizza, and a cool Jamaican Caesar. Classic all-American burgers,
club sandwiches Caribe style and Portobello burgers topped with smoked
mozzarella are just a few of the sandwich selections, while the fresh
seafood fusilli simmered in basil roasted tomato sauce, New York sirloin
or filet of sole make for a memorable business lunch.
For dinner, try the shrimp scampi on angel hair pasta, veal scaloppini or
grilled chicken Caribe, followed by a slice of key lime pie, bread
pudding, or seasonal berries. And since the Executive Chef and staff visit
local markets for the freshest produce and catches of the day, no matter
how often you stop by, there’s always something new to try at The
Tropicale
 Café Largo
Café Largo is a market-style eatery luring guests with the tempting
aroma of roasted chicken, made-to-order pizzas, deli foods, salad from the
salad bar, and a variety of afternoon and late-night snacks. Guests have
the convenient option of eating in or placing to-go orders.
Calypso's
What's more enjoyable than an afternoon spent leisurely sunbathing
poolside? Well, an afternoon spent sunbathing while enjoying tropical
drinks and grilled delights, of course. From piña coladas and chicken
fingers to burgers and ice-cold fruit salads, sunbathers and swimmers
flock to Calypso's poolside locale.
 Parrot Isle Lounge
As the sun begins to fade; the Parrot Isle Lounge is the perfect place
to unwind. Adjacent to the main lobby and overlooking the lower level of
the reception building, the lounge features more than 23 single malt
scotches, 14 varieties of tequila and an extensive wine list of vintage
and early 1970 selections. It also features the excitement of a
wide-screen TV for games, and the soothing sounds of piano music.
In-suite Dining
In addition to the wide array of dining establishments, perhaps the
most relaxing way to enjoy a meal is in the comfort of your own suite. Not
