Special Dietary Requests

• Special dietary requests at Walt Disney World Resort can be met by The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Team, though note, in many cases, advance notice is required—usually at the time you make your reservations. To speak with a Disney Cast Member regarding your special dietary requests, please call the Disney's Dining Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 up to 180 days in advance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
• The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Team is committed to offering a wide range of choices to accommodate Guests who require lifestyle dining options, as well as most specific requests from Guests with food allergies or intolerances.
• Whether dining at a table-service restaurant or at a quick- service restaurant, your desired dining requests will be addressed.

What to Bring

• Bringing an umbrella, poncho or light raincoat is advisable in order to be prepared for the varied Florida weather.
• Carrying water and drinking plenty of liquids during your visit to Disney Theme Parks and Disney Water Parks is also recommended.

Package Pick-Up Service

• Package Pick-Up service sends your purchases to the front of the Disney Theme Park or Water Park for you to pickup when you exit the Park, so you don't have to worry about carrying your packages around all day.
• Package delivery service, one of the many benefits to Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, sends packages directly your Disney Resort hotel free of charge.

Merchandise

• Merchandise, such as gifts, sunscreen, swimwear, hats, towels, and other sundries, is available at stores throughout Epcot theme park, including the Mouse Gear store.
• Disney Character merchandise is available in gift shops throughout the Future World area and the International Gateway between the United Kingdom Pavilion and the France Pavilion.
• Digital camera accessories, film, disposable cameras and batteries can be purchased at most retail locations in the World Showcase Pavilions and in the Mouse Gear in the Future World area near the Spaceship Earth attraction.

Camera Services and Film

• Camera services at Epcot theme park are available at the Camera Center in the Main Entrance Plaza.
• Guests with digital cameras can download their images and other media information from a digital media card and burn these images onto a CD at this photo location.
• Digital camera accessories, film, disposable cameras and batteries can be purchased at most retail locations in the World Showcase Pavilions and in the Mouse Gear shop in the Future World area near the Spaceship Earth attraction.

Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop

• The Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop creates arrangements and gifts for all celebrations including engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, reunions and weddings.
• A Disney Florist sales specialist can design your gift, arrange a special presentation to be left as a surprise in your room, delivered to your favorite restaurant or sent to a designated special spot in Walt Disney World Resort.
• Call a Disney Florist sales specialist at (407) 827-3505 to discover the options. (Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.)

What to Wear

• Proper dress is required at Epcot theme park.
• Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and casual clothes. Wearing sunscreen is strongly advised.
• Sunscreen, gifts and other sundries are available for purchase at many locations throughout Epcot theme park, including the Mouse Gears shop.

Pin Trading

• Pin trade in Epcot theme park at the official location in the center of the Innovations Plaza on the south side of the Spaceship Earth attraction.

Transportation and Parking

• Transportation to and from Epcot theme park is available via monorail, bus and boat throughout Walt Disney World Resort, and is complimentary as one of the many benefits to Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

• For Park Guests choosing to drive, convenient self-parking is also available.
  • All-day, complimentary parking is available for Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guests with proper Resort identification.
  • Complimentary parking at Disney Theme Parks is one of the many benefits to Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
  • For Guests not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, there is a parking fee.

Baby Care Centers

• Baby Care Centers, where you can change and feed your baby, are hosted by Nestle Good Start. In Epcot theme park, this center is located inside the Odyssey Center in the Future World area.
• Lost children are usually taken to the Baby Care Center.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)

• ATMs presented by Chase are located:
  • On the east side of the Entrance Plaza
  • On the path between the Future World and World Showcase areas
  • Near the restrooms at The American Adventure
• You can exchange currency at Guest Relations on the west side of the Entrance Plaza.

• In addition to credit cards, traveler's checks and cash are also accepted.

Disney's FASTPASS Service

• Disney's FASTPASS reservation system, which reduces time spent in line, is available for these attractions at Epcot theme park:

  • Test Track
  • Soarin'
  • Living with the Land
  • Captain EO starring Michael Jackson
  • Maelstrom

Kennels

• With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resort hotels, on the Resort or Theme Park buses, in the Downtown Disney area, Disney's BoardWalk or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
• Pets may stay in the air-conditioned facility at Best Friends Pet Care — operated by Best Friends Pet Care, Inc. — located across from Disney's Port Orleans Resort at 2510 Bonnet Creek Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830. Best Friends Pet Care is a member of the Pet Care Services Association.

Disney Character Meet and Greets

• Meet and greet Disney Characters at these locations at Epcot theme park:
  • On the west side of the Innovations Plaza at the Epcot Character Spot
  • Near these attractions: Journey into Imagination With Figment, Captain EO starring Michael Jackson and ImageWorks
  • At the Kidcot Fun stop near the United Kingdom Pavilion and the International Gateway
  • Along the World Showcase Lagoon, by the France Pavilion and the Morocco Pavilion
  • At restaurants with Character Dining
