Room Service

Olympiad Fitness Center

Located on the third floor of the Contemporary Tower in Disney's Contemporary Resort. This spa and salon offers massage therapy, skin care, body treatments, steam rooms, saunas and the latest in fitness equipment including free weights, treadmills, elypticals, bicycles and stair climbers. Lockers are available.
Open from 6:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m., the facility is available to Guests of Disney's Contemporary Resort 14 years of age. Guests 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Spa services include a surcharge—starting at $50—and are by appointment during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A personal trainer is also available by appointment.

Babysitting and Child Services

Together with independent childcare provider Kids Nite Out, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort offers you the convenience of one-to-one in-room babysitting for an additional cost. You can even reserve a childcare specialist to accompany you and your family during your visit to the Parks, providing a helping hand where needed.

Computers, fax machines, copy machines and secretarial services are located on the first floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort Convention Center next to the East Registration Desk.
In addition, a copy machine is available for use at the Contemporary Tower's Front Desk.

Parking

Laundry Facilities/Services

A laundry room can be found on the first floor of Bay Lake Tower.
Dry cleaning and laundry services are available daily for an additional fee. For same day service, laundry will be picked up from your room.

Services for Guests with Disabilities

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort includes rooms available to Guests with disabilities, including wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and rooms designed for the hearing impaired. There are 5 Guest Rooms that feature roll-in showers with support bars, and 8 rooms that feature tubs with support bars.
Wheelchair-accessible ramps and elevators throughout the hotel.
The pool features a wide entrance with support bars.
Complimentary wheelchairs are available for use and are on a first-come, first served basis. Guests requiring wheelchairs are invited to contact the Front Desk of Disney's Contemporary Resort at (407) 824-1000 to reserve a wheelchair prior to their arrival.
