Services and Amenities at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas

Kitchen/Kitchenettes

One-bedroom villas, 2-bedroom villas and Grand Villas Guest rooms at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House include full kitchens that feature a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, sink, cabinets and coffemaker.
Studios include smaller kitchenettes that feature a mini-refrigerator, wet bar, mircowave and coffeemaker.

Room Service

Room service at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House is available from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week and includes both African-inspired cuisine and American fare from the kitchen of Boma. You can also pre-order from the menu and enjoy a spectacular dawn or dusk from your balcony.

Zahanati Massage&Fitness Center

Zahanati Massage&Fitness Center at Disney Animal Kingdom Villas is located on the first floor off Giraffe Trail and Uzima pool. This spa and salon offers massage therapy, skin care and body treatments and features steamrooms for men and women, saunas and the latest in fitness equipment including free weights, treadmills, elypticals, bicycles and stair climbers. Lockers are available.
Open from 6:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m., the facility is available to Guests of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House 14 years of age and older at no additional charge. Guests 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Spa services include a surcharge—starting at $50—and are by appointment during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A personal trainer is also available by appointment. In-room service is also available for an additional cost.

Babysitting and Child Services

Located on the first floor near the Uzima pool deck area, Simba's Cubhouse is a supervised activity center for children ages 3 to 12 that is open daily from 4:30 p.m. to midnight. At this delightfully themed playspace, children are invited to play videogames, enjoy dinner and snacks, watch Disney movies and interact with other kids their age, while parents are off experiencing more adult-oriented fare.
Together with independent childcare provider Kids Nite Out, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House also offers you the convenience of one-to-one in-room babysitting, allowing you the flexibiity to enjoy your vacation your way. You can even reserve a childcare specialist to accompany you and your family during your visit to the Parks, providing a helping hand where needed.

Concierge Assistance

Available to Resort hotel Guests 7 days a week, from 7:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. Located in the main lobby, the concierge can help you purchase Park tickets, make dining reservations and secure show seats.
