Health Clubs

• The Dolphin Health Club is located on the lower level, west side.
• This full-service health club offers state-of-the-art workout equipment from Life Fitness, including strength-training apparatuses, treadmills, stair climbers, life cycles, free weights and elliptical cross trainers.
• The club also offers fitness classes and such equipment as stability balls and yoga mats. A dry sauna, steam room, co-ed whirlpool and locker rooms with showers are among the offerings.
• Tennis courts, a basketball area, five swimming pools, jogging trails, children's playground, and watercraft rentals are nearby.
• Tennis racket rental and tennis instruction can be arranged through the health clubs.
• Health club hours are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, with attendants on hand.
• Use of the Health Club is included in the Resort Service Fee and is available for guests age 16 and older.

 

Mandara Spa and Salon

• The tranquil, tropical, Bali-themed Mandara Spa at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort is an elegant destination spa featuring luxury, medical-grade products and services.
• Beyond signature facials, massages and body treatments, Mandara Spa also presents YSPA, a spa menu for guests ages 13 to 17.
• Salon services include hair, nails, waxing, teeth whitening and make-up application.

 

Shopping

• Located in the lobby of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Daisy's Garden sells sundries and essentials. Disney Character merchandise and clothing are also sold.
• Also available are unique shops including upscale resort fashions, fine art and jewelry, professional spa products, and a 24-hour convenience store.

 

Babysitting and Child Services

• Babysitting and child services are available at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort—keep your children having fun, even when you can't be there.
• Camp Dolphin is a supervised activity center located near the health club at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, for children ages 4 to 12 and open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Together with independent childcare provider Kids Nite Out, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort also offers you the convenience of one-to-one in-room babysitting. You can even reserve a childcare specialist to accompany you and your family during your visit to the Parks, providing a helping hand. Childcare is available for children ages 6 months to 12 years.
• To make a reservation for the activity center or in-room babysitting, please contact the front desk or the concierge during your visit.
