Contemporary Dining in Timeless Elegance
Innovative cooking, impeccable service and opulent décor captivate the senses at this intimate, award-winning oasis.
Enjoy soft melodies from the harpist, complementing the fresh flowers, warm candlelight and handsome tableware in the romantic dining room. The affable maître d’hôtel welcomes Guests, catering to the needs of loyal patrons and making newcomers feel like old friends, while knowledgeable waitstaff in traditional Victorian attire provide gracious, personalized service.
The avant-garde menu changes daily, inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients available on the global market, such as truffles from Italy, beef from Japan, poulet rouge from North Carolina and oysters from northern Florida.
The evening may begin with a small taste of prosciutto-wrapped Gulf shrimp with Florida melons paired with a German Riesling, then Australian “Kobe” beef tenderloin atop a smoked garlic-potato purée paired with a Californian Cabernet Sauvignon.
Whether you enjoy up to 7 prix fixe courses in the Dining Room, 10 in Queen Victoria’s Room or 10 at the Chef’s Table, each bite is artfully displayed haute cuisine at its finest.
Queen Victoria’s Room
Inspired by Victorian dining rooms of London and Paris, the intimate Queen Victoria’s Room contains just 4 tables.
Behind closed, frosted-glass doors, enjoy up to 10 courses specially chosen by the chef de cuisine and experience the art of French gueridon service as courses are finished tableside.
Chef’s Table
At the coveted Chef’s Table in a cozy kitchen alcove, the chef de cuisine crafts a personalized menu of up to 10 courses.
A champagne toast led by the white-toqued chef himself initiates this night of extraordinary tastes, which may include everything from caviar to Japanese Wagyu strip loin, paired with wine and spirits.
This luxurious dinner lasts approximately 3 hours and is an exclusive experience limited to one party per night of up to 10 Guests.
World-Class Wine Collection
The award-winning wine list features a diverse collection of over 700 selections with 4,200 bottles in the cellar.
Honored with Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence,” the wine list includes such rare and valuable vintages as 1961 Château Margaux and 1982 Château Mouton-Rothschild, plus a world-class collection of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
Well-versed in the regions and history of the wines, the knowledgeable staff sommeliers can recommend a superb wine you may never have tasted that pairs exquisitely with the chef’s innovative cuisine.
